A monthly maintenance fee of $6.00 will be imposed every statement cycle unless you maintain a minimum daily ledger balance of $500.00 in this account and $0.30 for each paper debit.

Or

$15,000.00 ledger balance in a Certificate of Deposit

Or

$30,000.00 minimum ledger balance in loans.

(Adding the collected balance in the account for each day of the period and dividing that figure by the number of days in the period calculate the average daily collected balance).
