  1. Where do I make my payments?
  1. I don’t bank with First Reliance Bank; Can I make my payment through my current bank account?

Yes, contact your local bank to set up a bill pay option.

  1. When is my first payment due?

You will be able to find that on the retail sales installment contract you signed at the dealership at the time of purchase.

  1. When will I receive my payment book / bill statement?

We send statements out approximately 15 days prior to your 1st payment, unless you are set up on AutoDraft, in which case you will not receive a invoice.

  1. To request a payoff on your loan.

  1. Can I sign up for Auto draft?

Yes, there is an enrollment form online or one can be mailed to you to complete and return.  As a reminder we are only setting up monthly payment options at this time.

  1. Can I refinance my loan?

You would have to qualify to refinance, if you are interested, please contact your local branch to apply.

  1. I paid my loan off, when will I receive my title?

It normally takes 2 to 3 weeks to issue title

  1. Can I make principal only payments on my loan?
