- I don’t bank with First Reliance Bank; Can I make my payment through my current bank account?
Yes, contact your local bank to set up a bill pay option.
- When is my first payment due?
You will be able to find that on the retail sales installment contract you signed at the dealership at the time of purchase.
- When will I receive my payment book / bill statement?
We send statements out approximately 15 days prior to your 1st payment, unless you are set up on AutoDraft, in which case you will not receive a invoice.

- Can I sign up for Auto draft?
Yes, there is an enrollment form online or one can be mailed to you to complete and return. As a reminder we are only setting up monthly payment options at this time.
- Can I refinance my loan?
You would have to qualify to refinance, if you are interested, please contact your local branch to apply.
- I paid my loan off, when will I receive my title?
It normally takes 2 to 3 weeks to issue title
- Can I make principal only payments on my loan?
