Steve Howard joined First Reliance Bank in September 2023 as Senior Vice President, Market President of Lake Norman/Charlotte market. Steve will be responsible for the strategic market expansion of the bank's footbring. A Charlotte native with over 35 years of banking experience, Howard resides in Charlotte and has two children.
