Mark Schepp has joined First Reliance Bank as Vice President Residential Lending Specialist where he will work out of the Johnnie Dodds Blvd. Corporate Center location in Mount Pleasant, SC. He will establish and maintain mortgage banking relationships with referral partners and new clients.

Mark has over 27 years of experience encompassing mortgage lending and banking within the local Charleston market. For the past seven years, he has worked directly with financial and private bank advisors who have an extensive background with high-net-worth clients.
Mark earned a bachelor’s in business administration with a finance and real estate emphasis from the University of South Carolina. He resides in Mount Pleasant with his wife and five children. He is the founder of Dads in Prayer, where he is an active member. Mark is a member of City Life Church in Mount Pleasant and enjoys a lifestyle of volunteering throughout the community.
