THREE PROMOTED TO SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT POSITIONS

First Reliance Bank is pleased to announce three top-level executive promotions to Senior Vice President. Ross Foshee, Senior Vice President and Controller, John Lindley, Senior Vice President, Director of Operations, and Robert Mayhue, Senior Vice President, Information Technology.

Foshee is charged with overseeing the bank’s accounting and financial reporting operations, including the design and implementation of the company’s internal control framework. A native of the Pee Dee, he is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in South Carolina who received a Bachelor of Art in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of South Carolina.

Lindley leads Deposit Operations, Loan Operations, and digital banking, overseeing, creating, and implementing process improvements to drive operational efficiency. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Erskine College and is a graduate of the South Carolina Bankers School and the OMEGA Commercial Lending School.

Mayhue is responsible for the management, strategy, and execution of the bank’s Information Technology infrastructure along with security compliance. During his career, he has led key roles in the successful completion of seven bank acquisitions while implementing programs and strategies to improve operational efficiency. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland – Office of Extended Studies with a degree in Information Technology.
